Floor care is quoted per job from square footage and floor type after a free walkthrough. Carpet extraction, tile and grout, VCT strip & wax, and wood polish each carry different per-square-foot economics, and condition matters. Most facilities pair a quarterly or semi-annual floor program with their regular janitorial service so the finish never gets bad enough to need a full restoration. One walkthrough covers both.
