What we take
Some calls are a single couch somebody cannot lift alone. Others are a four-bedroom house that has to be empty by Friday. Both are normal weeks for us.
Pricing
We price by the trailer load, and we tell you the number before we start.
A bigger job gets cheaper per load, not more expensive. If you want the space cleaned once it is empty, we will quote that with it so there is one number and one crew instead of two.
The difference
Once a room is emptied you are usually left with dust outlines on the floor, marks down the walls, and grime where the furniture sat for fifteen years. A hauling outfit is not set up to deal with that. We are, because cleaning is the rest of what we do.

Clearing a whole property is rarely just about the stuff. It usually lands on someone during a move they did not plan, a probate, or a family situation they are still working through. We handle those quietly, at whatever pace the job needs, and we do not talk about our customers' homes.

Contractors
We already work construction sites across Polk County as a cleaning subcontractor, so hauling debris out is the same job we show up to do anyway. Tear-out material, offcuts, packaging, and site clutter go in the trailer, and the space gets cleaned behind it.
If the build is finished and you need the handover clean instead, that is post-construction cleaning. For jobs bigger than trailer loads, ask us and we will work through roll-off options with you.

We price by the trailer load. It is $385 for the first full load and $350 for each additional full load on the same job. Bigger jobs get cheaper per load instead of more expensive. Cleaning afterwards, if you want it, is quoted separately. Tell us roughly what you have and we will price it before we start.
Furniture, garage and shed clutter, yard debris, office furniture and equipment, and construction and demolition debris. One item or a whole house, it is the same call.
There are some materials we are not set up to transport, and hazardous material is the main one. Tell us what you are looking at when you call. If it is something we cannot take, we will say so up front and point you to someone who can.

We can. Cleaning is quoted separately from the haul rather than automatically included, so tell us if you want it and we will price both together. Once a room is empty we can clean what is underneath, or do a full deep clean if you want the place finished.
