When you request a free quote, book an estimate, or contact us through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and property address, plus any details you share about the cleaning you need. If you call or email us directly, we keep the contact information you share the same way.
We use your information for exactly one purpose: providing estimates and cleaning service. That means contacting you about your quote, scheduling and confirming appointments, routing our crews to the right address, and invoicing for completed work. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to the service you asked for.
Contact and booking details are stored in the scheduling and field-service systems we run the business on — primarily Housecall Pro, our scheduling platform — and in our business email. Booking-calendar requests made on this site are stored in our website database (hosted on Cloudflare) so we can hold your time slot. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other sites. We don't run advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers.
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies you're a real person without the puzzles or the tracking of traditional CAPTCHAs. Turnstile may evaluate limited browser signals solely to distinguish humans from bots.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. Your information is shared only with the service providers named above, and only as needed to schedule and deliver your cleaning.
