Our 2026 rate card is published: a recurring clean every two weeks runs $150 for a 1,000 sq ft home, $230 for 2,000 sq ft, and $294 for 3,000 sq ft, with no sales tax on residential cleaning. Frostproof is outside our core Winter Haven / Lakeland zone, so a flat $35 trip fee applies per visit. Rooms you don’t use are deducted, and seniors 65+, military and veterans, first responders, and teachers and nurses get a standing 10% off recurring service.
