Frostproof pricing is our published 2026 rate card plus a $35 trip fee, which we charge on addresses outside our core Winter Haven and Lakeland area. On the rate card, a clean every two weeks is $150 for a 1,000 sq ft home, $230 for 2,000 sq ft and $294 for 3,000 sq ft. Residential cleaning has no Florida sales tax, and rooms you don’t use come off the price. Seniors 65+, military and veterans, first responders, and teachers and nurses get a standing 10% off recurring service.
